Prevention Programs Rape, And The Safer Travel At Night...
Prevention Programs: Forcible rape has been an ongoing problem in the United States for many years. Researchers and scientist have experimented for years with different programs targeting specific groups in order to deter further rape, sexual assault, and abuse from occurring. There are many programs that have been put into action over the years; two of the most well-known and successful programs were Project 290/Sexual Habitual Offender Program (SHOP) and the Safer Travel at Night Campaign program. Davis asked the three girls who lived in this house, than proceeded to tie up the two girls and abduct Polly. With little time to be able to investigate, Polly was found murdered thirty miles from her house in an open field.
